Your order could take slightly longer to ship between our peak holiday season, October - January.
We do not stock all our products, giving us the opportunity to lower our overhead and pass on the savings to you. If there are multiple items on your order you may receive more than one package. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. Items shipped directly from our manufacturers may arrive in several different packages. Please allow additional delivery times for personalized, special or custom orders (Special Order: Preston Collars, Susan Lanci & Toni Mari)
Please verify that the phone number and address provided on your order are correct. Check your Spam box for any emails from us, all our correspondence will include your order number in the subject line. Items shipped overseas and/or to Canada may also exceed standard shipping times and fees. We are not responsible for packages once it has shipped, tracking informatin will be available.
